Each piece that comes through our doors is treated as its own commission. Below is the work we love most, and the way we approach it.
The heart of what we do. Sofas, armchairs, dining seats, ottomans — anything with a frame and a fabric. We strip the piece back, rebuild what needs rebuilding, and rewrap it in fabric chosen alongside you from our sample library or one you've sourced yourself.
The work is done by hand, the way it has been done for generations, because shortcuts always tell on themselves in the end.
Some pieces deserve more than a re-cover. Heirloom furniture often needs frame repair, spring retying, horsehair or jute replacement, and period-correct techniques to bring it back without losing its character.
We treat antique work as restoration, not renovation — preserving what makes the piece original, replacing only what's failed.
Custom-built from scratch to your dimensions. Whether you've got a tricky wall, an oversized king bed, or a built-in bench needing seat cushions, we'll build it to fit — no shortcuts, no off-the-rack approximations.
Common requests include channel-tufted headboards, button-tufted styles, slipcovered window seats, and replacement cushions for outdoor furniture in marine-grade fabric.
Reupholstery isn't a fixed-price product. The fabric, the frame, the condition, and the complexity all matter — so we quote each project after seeing it. Most projects start with a quick photo and phone call, with a written estimate to follow.
